Refund Policy
We have a 7 - day return policy for physical goods, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Should you wish to return the artwork, you can contact us at ajna@ajnaimogenesouljah.com. Returns are accepted at our discretion. If your return is accepted, you have to find a shipping company as well as pay for the return shipping and insurance on your own and send it to us.

The return address will be provided on approval of your return.
Once we have received the product and in its original condition, we will make the refund, and you will receive a full refund for the product - minus the delivery charge.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us for any return questions at ajna@ajnaimogenesouljah.com.

Please note that return shipping may be more expensive than the shipping you paid when receiving the item as what you pay for shipping on purchases is often less than what it costs us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception (before signing) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue as promptly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as digital, custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items, audio files, digital prints or NFT) limited-edition prints, commissioned and original artworks. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted offers or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.

If your refund is not approved and you would like the item returned to you, return of the item will be at your expense.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and show the refund.
